Still no response from the BIG MIGHTY MULTICHOICE , NO REFUND EITHER , nobody cares there , supervisors are never available , it is a NIGHTMARE!!

19 Jun 2023, 16:22Good day , i returned the call to the call centre , as expected refund not processed , am still asked to send the docs again ! what is wrong with this company ? u have no idea what chaos you have cause because of that R270.00 ,why do i need to send the email to help for the 100th time !! just refund my money now plsssssss!!!!
