RE: Price lock ****

Very disappointing that till today no feedback regarding investigations that I was told will happen and once completed I will receive the promised decoder. Its almost a month now and these was supposed to take only 48 hours. I did ask for a number were I can make a follow-up and was told there won't be any need coz I will get feedback.
