Re mislead information.

Good evening. I am sitting with a big disappointment of brined misled. I am 57 years old just got retrenched from work.I used whattsup app on the 5th October 2021to enquire how much I was owing.and it was stated R439.30.Of which I have the screengrab.On the 6th when i went to pay the R440 and was later at 5.30 the same day stating that Ineed to pay R375 extra.Of which I was never told until Kla is the money that was forwarded to me.I di phone and asked to please change my debit order date to the 7th cause I am recieving unemployment beieng processed on the 4 of every month sok my pay day changed. I have the screen grab as evidence if need be.Ill also forward it if needed. Please I need intervention on this matter as soon as possible.
