RE: DEBITING DOUBLE PAYMENTS

During the first week of September Multichoice only debited our cheque acc with +-R84.00. We immediately called the account department to query same and they confirmed that the account was in credit and therefore only that amount due. We specifically asked what the debit amount would be end of September as we were concerned that a double payment would be taken. Truce Bob end of September they debited our account with +-R1 700.00. We have made enquiries and to date the monies have not yet been refunded to us. We also do not receive monthly statements per e-mail so that we can manage the account on our side.
