Re-connection of my services

after i had complained they connected my service again and said they will investigate the matter and connected my service again. now this morning i find that my services have been disconnected yet again with out giving me feedback about their findings. they basically want to charge me for service i did not use. the installer came to my house and connected the dish however i did not have a tv by them and because they pick up on the system that the service was active they assumed that i am watching or using their services but yet i had no tv. i am really tired of dealing with this people and their incompetence and taking this matter further. what makes the matter even worse is that the amounts keep on changing i was 195.43 not they are saying its 169.69. it goes to show that they just make up this amounts. they fail to give me a proper explanation.
