RE COMPLAINT POSTED ON 14 MARCH
It is now 6 April 2016. On 17 March you posted a feedback that my account has been rectified and is now up to date. My account has been up to date the past 22 years I have been a customer. After yet again sending emails on 17 March, 24 March, 27 March, 2 April and today 6 April I am still waiting for a REFUND which I was promised on 21 January 2016 and told I have to wait for 30 days re the refund. On 2 April yet another ********l debit order was put through for the amount of R1693,00. Multi Choice now owes me in total R1838.97 for ********l and wrong debit orders that has been put through on my bank account. I am a widow with 3 dependants!!!! Multichoice please tell me WHY???? No feesable feedback, wrongfull feedback on social media from you guys, excuses such as we could not get hold of you... then I send a email with 10 references as proof that I have supp**** the correct number, but you guys are phoning a wrong number. Now I request don't phone me on ***, email me on [Email Removed] In addition as requested via email on 2 and 6 April 2016 to Lornia Maphopha, social media email and enquiries email STOP MY DEBIT ORDER IMMEDIATELY WITH MULTI CHOICE
According to our records you have been assisted by one of our consultants that explained the billing on your account and confirmed that your proof of payment has been escalated to our finance departed for investigation.
Feedback will be provided by written or telephonic correspondence as soon as more information becomes available
