I’m Actually Fed Up With DStv At This Point Seriously. I Changed My Banking Details With Them Last Month And The Debit Order Did Not Go Through For Some Unknown Reason. So They Sent Me An SMS Notifying Me It Did Not Go Through And a Payment Link To Their Website Was Included To Pay The Amount I Was Owing. I Paid And Then Suddenly Today My Services Got Disconnected!? Even Though I Paid Them! Anyways I Phoned DStv To Find Out What Was Going On, The Person I Spoke To Said I Was Owing a R50 ReConnection Fee Which Did Not Make Sense At All, I Told Him It’s Ridiculous So He Said He Will Reverse The Connection Fee And ReActivate My Viewing, We Ended The Call And Guess What?? My Service Was Still Suspended!! So I Called Them Back AGAIN, Note That I Already Wasted R50 Airtime On The Last Call Right, This Time I Spoke With a Lady And She Told Me a Completely Different Story, She Told Me I Must Have Proof Why The Debit Order Did Not Go Through To Revoke The ReConnection Fee Although The Previous Agent Told Me It Has Been Done And I Did Not Get Any Notifications From My Bank, So Another R20 Airtime Wasted And I Am Still Witout My Viewing Even Though I Paid Them My Agreed Monthly Fee On Time... I Regret The Day Going Into Contract Agreement With This ******* Company.
