Random Billing amount.
Last year around about this time I signed up for DSTV price lock on the family package which more or less R230.00 per month for 24 months. I participated in their rewards program where I supposedly won a free package upgrade. They upgraded me but once the month of the upgrade was over they kept me on the DSTV Compact package, which I didn't agree to. Every month dstv has been debiting my bank account with different amounts instead of the R230.00 family package which I agree and took out. I just check my DSTV app and notice that they want to deduct R769.00 from my bank account. I phone the call center and they unable to help me, the person on the other line try to put me back to my original package but was unable to. I was provided with a REF number ***0i220

01 Aug 2021, 18:36Received a phone call from MultiChoice (Dstv) saying the they will correct the issue and put me back to my normal family package, it's been a week later, status of my dstv package still shows compact and has since been disconnected by dstv.
