Mr ships tried for 15 minutes to convince me to sign another debit order at my new bank. Why would he try to confinement sign another debitorder AFTER HE CONFIRMED MY DEBIT ORDER WAS CLOSED!!!#&$@

I refused and said I would pay via EFT EVERY MONTH!. The the problem started. It's their way or no way. I am a white FEMALE pensioner. DSTV HAVE A BAD ****** ************** ATTITUDE! They have the power, they just disconnected my service. Because they can. They're to incompetant to see the bigger picture. Because the DEBIT order didn't go through ON THE 5th of July....they don't have the ability to understand that the EFT PAYMENT THEY R E C E I V E D!!!!!!CONFIRMED they RECEIVED o the 2nd of July is my subscription. They kept sending me ARREARS text messages. I called them and the ....it seems ONLY lady with common sense CONFIRMED MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN ARREARS.

ITS 10days now a d the *********** HELP and customer care HAVE N O T!!!!! ,reconnected my dstv.
