R99 deal bad service
A representative phoned me yesterday. they couldn't hear me and would phone back. Didn't happen. I smsed again, they phoned today but had to speak to my wife because the account is on her name. They promised to phone back at 16:30 and still didn't keep their promise. Do they want business or not?
