R899/m deal, what a headache!

On the 4th of Feb I was vetted and credit approved by a sales consultant after sms'ing \price lock\" to 37408. Unbeknownst that this deal will just end up with multiple emails back and forth, enough reference numbers that I can fill a page and still am I not closer to being a satisfied customer! Plus no Explora no nothing. <br> I'm so over the hassle that I feel they don't want or need the business. I do not know what more to do. <br> They advertise the deal on TV as if its the easiest deal to do but from my experience it's the best to rather stay away from this deal and Multichoice. <br> Worst service I've ever experienced in my life."
