R899 Explora Add Misleading

I was interested in the new offering of R899 for a new DSTV Explora. Upon them calling me back after a sms I sent, the consultant told me that I must pay R149 for the release of the Explora. This will be deducted from my last payment after 24 months. The add specifically stated no additional cost. Only R899 per month for 24 month. Now my R149 is going to be in Multichoice's bank account for 24 months bearing interest. Interest that they does not want to give to me. I have spoken to 3 consultants at their customer care. The second one did not even know about the R149 payment. I feel that the add is misleading as it clearly states that there is no additional cost. All 3 consultants promise to call me back for the last two weeks. Until today I received no feedback.
