On the 1st of December this year Multichoice called me for the Explorer Decoder on the R899. 00 per month plan for 24 months. I was instructed to send supporting documentation which I promptly did and received an email with a reference number and a brief timeline for finalisation. After 2 weeks and numerous calls to Customer Care they finally called me back when I was in a work meeting. The number to call them back which was left on my voice mail namely *** is an old number and doesn't exist. After finding the main switchboard number I finally reached the DPP Department. I was then told that my documents hadn't been sent. I sent the emails with confirmation number and documentation again to Patricia Selebogo as well as the voice mail via email. I was promised I would have feedback in an hour. After numerous calls and follow ups to Patricia who didn't bother communicating back to me at all, they called to finalise the contract telephonically and give me the installers details. I was also told that on the 14th a debit order for the activation fee would be debited to my account. Guess what never happened. When I called Tuesday afternoon, I yet again hit a dead wall.
