R899 4 day delivery and installation sham

On the 23rd December 2015 I called dstv to upgrade to the R899 promo. On the 24th December the money was deducted and we got a message stating that the decoder was dispatched. Since then we had to cancel every plan we had to ensure that we are at home for delivery. We are still waitingwe might have to cancel our 2 week getaway because of dstv. I'm so tired of all this **** because we were told it will take 4 days buts its currently a week since I called. If it is not delivered by 11am - then I can assure many cancellations
