R799 EXPLORA PACKAGE
I am very disappointed with the service received from DSTV. I will not advise ANYONE to take this package from DSTV. The sales person I dealt with was ill advised and I was charged R2039.00 last month. I have made three calls, with three different case numbers with promises of being called back within 8 hours. The last promise of a call back was Monday 13 April 2015. No call to date!!! I have asked for the recorded phone call of the sales person where I received incorrect details for this package, but still nothing!! I have ONE premium package - which they can see on their system - but they have no problem charging me for TWO!! If they disconnected my one subscription and charged the new package - that would have been fine. But I am being charged for two premium packages. Best of all - my Explora isn't even set up yet!!! Anyone know a technician in Trawal...??? Yeah - me neither!!! We have to wait for people to come out this way to set it up. Shocking ********* service!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
