R799 Explora Offer. Waiting for Decoder 10 days!!!

On the 2nd of March I enquired about this offer and requested for it to be activated, a credit check was done and I was told that my application was successful. The gentleman that phoned me told me that I declined a previous offer and had to escalate my request to a team leader. Later that same day the agent phoned me back and told me that my transaction was authorized and that a courier would deliver my decoder within 7 days, till this morning no decoder. <br> <br> Another lady phoned me today (10 days later)and told me the same story - she promised to speak to her team leader to release my order.....when will I receive my decoder......very bad service!!!!!!. She told me to send a letter of complaint to [Email Removed] Hope somebody pays attention to this!<br> <br>
