R688 for Compact and access subscriptions please help

Please kindly advise how two subscriptions of access and compact end up amounting to R688. A consultant told me to pay R638 I paid now i have to pay R50 more. I have tried requesting for a breakdown on dstv chat on facebook but no satisfactory response.
