R599 Premium Subscription troubles

I was offered a promotion by DSTV and after accepting the lower fee, their account department has messed up my account and is overcharging me for the 3rd month now. And telling after they were supposed to fix it last month, that my account is in arrears I am fed up with the call centre telling you one story and the accounts department doing their own thing
