R499 DSTV Price Lock gone AWOL

I am tired of waiting @Multichoice can you please ask these so called Price lock team to call me. It is surprising that they are only available when they want you to buy their products then after they disappear I have been waiting for ever to receive a call from these people. I am very disappointed with the level of the service received after taking R499 DSTV price lock when you want inquire about their charges they are no were to be found even multichoice contact center consultants are not able to assist what they do is to escalate and that is frustrating because no one will come back to help.
