R1300 ****** from my bank account

DSTV stole more than R1300 on the 15th of February 2024 for Compact and Access plans. From 14 December 2023 to January 2024,I was on leave, and before ivwent on leave I instructed DSTV to downgrade one of my two compacts plans to Access. That was done but on the 15th of February 2024 more than R1300 was ****** from my account.

I called DSTV and they commented to refund me within 5 working days. Is almost 2vweeks now and Iam not refunded.

At this stage I dont need a feedback but my money back into my Capitec account. They committed to refund me within 5 working days.

On the 15th of February 2024, I called DSTV that they stole my money from my Capitec account. They committed to refund me my money within 3-5 days but now it is almost 2 weeks and the money is not refunded. I need my money back into my Capitec account immediately.

After my review, I got a call from DSTV consultant yesterday. I instructed her that I need my money back into my Capitec account. She committed to process the refund and she further promised to give me a call today (Friday) to check if I got back my money.

I wish to state that I did not receive my money back as promised and the female consultant did not call me as well as per promised.

This suggests that DSTV is a company that cannot be trusted.

I therefore call upon Hellopeter to once again intervene on my behalf. I need my money back from these ******.

Yesterday DSTV called me snd promised to refund me today on Friday. I wish to confirm that no money was paod back into my account as per DSTV consultant. The consultant committed to call me today to check if I got back my money but she failed to keep hrt promise.

I therefore call upon Hellopeter to intervene on my behalf. I need back my money which was ****** by DSTV
