R100 upgrade is a ****

Dstv R100 promotion is a **** and misleading advertising : I paid R100 on 19th feb.to upgrade from access to compact package, my acc was fully paid for feb.thisxwas as per the tncs but they refused to upgrade , I foned 20th feb, R28 for 1 call, No must wait until end of feb.pay my acc for March and it will be upgraded within 48hrs, I paid in full on 27thfeb.1st march still no upgrade..I queried by email from early morning 1st March ..back and forth 8emails later was upgraded after 3pm whole day paid for what?? And wait for it, this morning all my pvr funtions have been suspended!! This is already paid for as well!! ******* service, now I must wait for office hours to query again, waste of money on a fone call again!! How more useless can your service be??
