R0.54

I am currently doing a change of ownership, where my dad will be taking over my acccount, as i was actually requesting EXTRA VIEW. as the account was not up to date, a payment was made. Unfortunately there was a shortfall of 54CENTS. between the back and forth, i was told that this would then need to be paid in order for the change of ownership to be processed.<br> <br> me, ever the happy person, goes to pick n pay to pay the respective R0.54CENTS, where i get told that i would need to actually make a minimum pmt of R10-00. so i go back to the office, and notify MULTICHOICE OF THIS - and even make a suggestion, that they can add the R0.54C to the respective acccount, as my dad would not mind. where i get told in no uncertain terms that i will have to either come to multichoice and pay the R0.54C. i explain to said consultant that it makes no sense for me to R100 petrol to just come and pay said .54C, then she says that i must do an EFT..at this point im like really - i must pay R3 to do an EFT and you guys are going on about .54C.<br> <br> so far all im encountering with these people, is a lack of everything.<br> <br> please refer to ref for the call: ***2/I18
