R S RAMATHAR VS DSTV

My DSTV account has been suspended 4 times this month. Firstly a debit order has been taken off from an account that was not even given to multichoice. Secondly there is a third decoder that does not belong to me but the decoder is linked to my account every time I phone multichoice they promise to investigate the matter and also promise that the account will not be suspended. Every week I have to phone them and give them the same explanation. I am sick and tired of the *********** people that I am dealing with I want my account to be sorted out with immediate effect. DSTV customers service is so bad two weeks ago I have also requested that someone phones me to do a price lock for R899 and until now I have not received a call
