Quoting what’s not on email

I received a email on the 12 February 2019 at 14:22 from dstv about price increase 2019. It stated :”YOUR DSTV FEES FOR 2019 Hi Mr S Tar Mohammed

Thank you for your unwavering support during the past year. We hope you’ve enjoyed spending time with your #1 Entertainment Destination, DStv.

We have some stunning news regarding your DStv Premium subscription fees - this year, you won’t pay a cent more (and we absorbed the VAT increase last year too). That’s right; your DStv Premium fees for 2019 - not your access fee - will stay the same!

Your DStv Premium subscription fee gets you access to the best local and international content. In 2018, we aired exceptional blockbusters such as Black Panther, Pacific Rim: Uprising, Bad Moms: Christmas and The Commuter. Then we brought you epic pop-up channels (such as DC Heroes on channel 109) and a bunch of shows for the kids (Despicable Me 3, Moana, and Boss Baby). Oh, and let’s not forget our world-class coverage of one of the biggest sporting events of the year: the FIFA World Cup.

Speaking of sport, this year we’ll be bringing you the Cricket World Cup and the Rugby World Cup as well as the final, nail-biting Season 8 of Game of Thrones... just to name a few. WHAT YOU WILL PAY IN 2019 Your DStv packages and services Your 2019 fees DStv Premium R809.00 Access Fee R95.00 DStv Indian Add-on R249.00. GREAT WAYS TO SAVE ON DStv PREMIUM PREMIUM 24: Pay only R749pm (normally R809) for DStv Premium for the next two years. This is a subscription-only offer. GET 24 MONTHS OF DStv PREMIUM 24 FOR R749 PM GET IT NOW “

So I decided to take the offer for R749pm. When they call me back today to confirm they said that I in order to take the R 749pm I must have a a debit order. But the email that was sent states nothing of that sort.
