quite literally the worst call centre in the world.

call centre is literally the most ***********, disengaged, useless, uncaring i haved EVER come across. they should all be fired. the fact that you have to deal with chat bots and cannot speak to anyone is appalling. the mydstv web service does NOT downgrade you when you request this. i have attempted 3 months in a row and nothing. it is pathetic. even call centre agents who attempt this fail. i then get amounts owing and services are then cut and then the agent hasnt the ability to restart these services. it's quite pathetic
