Quick responses and processing
I have been struggling to get Multichoice to replace my insured Walker after it got ******. So I called in (again) today to check why they have not responded to me. I still do not know why they have not responded even now. However, a lady called Doreen Molefe was very helpful. She asked me to send all the required files for the claim. She sent me an email with the claim form and completed her part of the process in no time!! I can only hope the rest of the process can learn from her and finalise this claim for me. Thanks Doreen and well done!
