Quick and efficient service
I went in to the Vincent store earlier this morning to sort out my remote as it was not working. I was assisted by two gentlemen the one whose name I did not take note of, in fact I dont think he was wearing a name badge and another named Steven. They assisted me quickly and managed to find the problem just as quickly. I then purchased another remote as the remote was faulty. Thank you to you kind gentlemen, Multichoice should be proud of you too. Now if only other service providers could give one the same excellent service. WELL DONE!
