QUERY ON PAYMENT

On the 3de of December I paid R309.00 at Checkers Pretoria North, I always pay it at the same place and for more than 3 years never had a problem. Know all of a sudden they did not received the money that I paid on the 3de of December 2017. I send them a email on the 8 and the 12th of December 2017 that I had paid the R309. Today 31/12/2017 they disconnect my DSTV. My details is as follows MR AJ, Lewis account number ********** 627137. I'm very unhappy about this.
