Query not resolved since last year

I've last spoken to grace regarding my account on 18/07/2014, and the bad services from mandlakazi since then I was disconnect.as I've queried to grace regarding the overdue I didn't know where multichoice got that billing from she advised me to pay r247.34 which I didn't since I travelled. In the year I called to sort out this but noone from mmultichoice ever contacted me. Yesterday I called and was informed to pay 449 which I paid at 10:00, 30 minutes later I called since I was still disconnected I was cut off 6 times, I spoke to the following agents. Kete,mbali,kevin,noluthando,tersia,mbuso, lerato from that 10:30 to 14:00 where I was cut off mostly. Yesterday my decoder was showing E30 messages and pics were not appearing on the screen but I could channel hop, now this morning the messages read I'm suspended and automatically the decorder rebooted and now I have a notification of E19-4. Now someone please advise as to what's happening , the service @ multichoice is dismally a disaster, I also called to speak to a supervisor(Busisiwe Madonsela) who nevered bothered to return my call since yesterday an email was forwarded to her by Mbuso. The service there is pathetic.Period
