Query not resolved for 3 months now.
I have been trying to solve a query we paid using an incorrect reference at the bank for the past 3 months now have been sent from pillar to post. Each agent I speak to don't help with anything wen I ask to speak to a supervisor if they not on lunch they on tea break. It's really frustrating. Not happy with the service at all.
