Quadruple Debited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I woke up this morning to find that DTSV Multichoice had debited my bank account not once or twice but FOUR times!!!!!!!! The total amount they deducted was R3241.00 when in fact the amount they should have debited was R1723.00. I called the Call center this morning to try sort out the issue to which I was told they can only refund me MY money in a weeks time!!!!!!!!!! 3 of my other debit orders bounced due to DSTV Multichoice Accounts department being so ***********, one of the 3 bounced debit orders was my medical aid who have advised they will re run the debit order for Friday if it does not go off again I have have no medical aid cover!!!! Over & above this my bank have also charged me for 3 bounced debit order fees. When I called DSTV I spoke to a supervisor Pearl Moahasoane, who was not helpful at all!!!!!! I was given a reference number ***0-I41 and told they would call me back regarding if they could do a refund by the end of the week or I would need to wait for MY money until next week sometime!!!!! I am disgusted and appalled to say the very least by this shocking service from DSTV. They are legally accountable for what they have done, they cannot deduct any amount they chose from a client's bank account. The client must give consent to what amount is being deducted off their account. Furthermore I am now in a financial crisis due to their incompetence and no one at DSTV is willing to help me!!! They hike up their premiums despite showing repeats of the same shows over & over, play more adverts than actual shows and yet their service and accounts department service is non existent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
