What a terrible thing to when you're forced to downgrade your and there's simply just no help available! You can't do it online, You can't do it via their Chat bot and most definitely you can't do it via whatsapp! When you want to reconnect your but can't afford your current package it should be easier to downgrade just as to upgrade! I hate dstv personally but my husband watches his football and currently it's only available on dstv.

25 Sept 2021, 10:24Thank you. I think it should be equally easy to sign up for dstv and upgrade but it's so very difficult just to downgrade a package. I can only Image how difficult it would be to cancel the subscription. Thank you never the less.
