****py service from consultants

I subscribed to Showmax, I was told my subscription was going to be R50... I'm on dstv access so I pay R115. A discount of R50 was app**** on my account but it says I should pay R214. I called and spoke to a Thandeka who told me so rudely that I know that when you have access you pay R100 for showmax... That's not what I knew and a R50 discount has been app**** on my account so how is she telling me that I know... I asked to speak to her manager she told me I can't coz of covid. Please sort this matter out or I might as well cancel dstv and just use showmax consultants don't know what they are talking about.
