Ordered a new decoder from one of their installers and no I must wait for 24 hours because I signed a contract with the installer.

It's still your service but I'm no ow forced to wait 24 hours before I can view any channels. I don't want to know how you treat your new clients if this is how you treat a client of over 20 years.
