****py attitude from a consultant

Just got off the phone,with one of the consultants from Multichoice the woman denied me to speak, to her supervisor,she never called her/him she came back with the advice for me,As a client am I not having a right to escalate the matter if I am not satisfied, with her explanation, I'm really disgusted and ****ed at her behavior,Her p hone etiquette stinks.Iam a client after all,I don't deserve to be treated like a garbage,Is this the service we are paying for?Dstv/Multichoice.I want answers.
