PVR Subscription
Afternoon, I see on my online dstv account for the past I am billed for an access R85 fee??? I have PVR so it must be the R55 NOT R85 because I do not have Explora decoder ?????

We unable to access your account with the information provided. Pleas provide us with your customer number, decoder and smart card in order for us to assist you accordingly.
Please reply as private as the system will block any personal information as part as the security process to protect both MultiChoice and the customer.
Please be advised that the Access fee for both PVR and Explore is R85.00 per month no matter the DStv Package you subscribe to.
