Pvr functions reinstated without authorisation
Two months back i requested my pvr functions ti be disabled on my explorer and it was actioned. Suprisingly now the pvr functions are active and i am being charged for them yet i never requested for them to be active again. Dont rob me PLEASE, sort out this. I dont need the pvr functions at the moment. Customer no: ***1
