Pvr functions disconnected

My pvr functions are disconnected aftr i laid a complaint last week tht they disconnected my decoders aftr i won a free package upgrade,so now it pvr functions that i disconnected,really multichoice is messing with its customers,i called their customer service im put on hold for more than 15min being assisted by a lady called Nobuhle,im told i need to pay extra R17 for them to connect the function,what a ******* ,what a ****,im so upset😡😡😡😡😡
