PVR functions

I am not a very happy client with Dstv On the 13th August,I had an issue with my explorer the primary connection the PVR functions are not working,I phone multichoice for support they told me that 1 of their satelite is fault the technicians are working on it it should fixed after a day, it never worked today 27 August I phone them again, they repeat the very same story they told me 2 weeks ago, Can someone tells us what is the issue with multichoice if they can't help us where must we find solution as we are paying for the full package with no discount of any of their technical issues that they seems that they are able to resolve.
