PVR Function: Pay Monthly: Self-enrichment Scheme

My PVR functionality was interrupted on 3rd Oct-15 after we downgraded our service. I could not rewind/fast forward or view programs saved on the PVR! I called the Call centre. The agent could not resolve my complaint & transferred me to the supervisor. I asked her why & kept me on hold for more than 20min. Told me to refer to point 4.1 under the fine print! 1. I saved movies/programs on my PVR in months I paid subscription - why should I pay again to view same programs? She said incl. my subscription is a R80pm for functions of the PVR decoder.3. I did not agreed to R80 pm and I own the PVR machine. 4. I never agreed to be charged R80 per month to be able to view programs that I saved onto the PVR in a month that I paid that subscription. 5. Multichoice has an obligation to inform the customers about this. Why can't I view SABC & ETV channels? The call lasted 37.12 min as the Supervisor had to go search for the clause, if they are fami**** with this how does Multichoice expect customers to be aware? This complaint was logged on GETCLOUSRE *** & 75393 with zero feedback. If not resolved I will go to Social Media & Ombudsman!
