PVR function not working on Pricelock package

Actually I don't want to give them any star rating but then I cannot give my review. I am trying since last week 23 September.. I get an error code E102-29 on my decoder. When I called the call centre everyone gives me a different answer, nobody seems to know what the problem is. My PVR function is removed from my Pricelock package. This is really bad service from DSTV. Why must we pay for a service and receive none.
