PVR Function Not Working
I have a the full DSTV package with the PVR funtion active paying R808.50 per month. From the time i have activate the PVR function i am having endless problems with the service. I set movies to record and it records half sometimes and the rest of the time it doesnt record at all, DSTV Catchup sometimes has 4 to 5 sitcoms available and ither times it says loading and then gives an error. I called the Call Cetre 3 times and was told to do certain things which worked for like that moment and as soon as the phone is down the service gets messed up again. I cant deal with this ****. i make payments every month on time, yet im paying for ****. i need this issue to be resolved. I have family that has this service and they dont have as many issues as me. I need a response and i need a response ASAP!!!<br> Ketesh Ramnath
