Pvr explora wont catch up , rewind ,pause or forward.

I have a problem with my pvr explora that wont catch up or pause ,rewind and forward .i have paid the subcription amount required and called them but was not helped at all .it was a waste of my time and airtime am so fed up because even the watsapp chats wont help
