pvr explora swap
Took my hd pvr 4 tuner to the multichoice agency in klerksdorp because it's not working, this is MORE THAN TWO WEEKS AGO! !!! First the lady said they will repair it, I complained on this site and showed them the response and it stated that they must swop it for the explora, I have dcc. A gentleman then took my decoder for testing came back and said that it is not working I rep**** with : I F****** KNOW! !!! They then tried to swap it but the system did not allow it, #theething problems #legacy. I got the installer to come and install the 80cm dish, smart lnb and paid him the labour costs R1500 later thinking this will be sorted in a day or two. BIG SURPRISE. BEEN INFORMED THAT I MUST DRIVE 400KM TO RANDBURG AND BACK FOR THIS SWAP. YOU ARE ELEVATING MY BLOOD PRESSURE, SO TELL ME ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME MULTICHOICE? ARE YOU!!!? SORT THIS ******** OUT. DECODER CARE CONTRACT.... I PAY EVERY MONTH SO THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT FROM YOUR SIDE
