PVR Disconnected for no reason, I am am Angry MULITCHOICE fix your house

I have had enough of Multi choice and their incompetence service seriously I am furious , angry and frustrated . My PVR services have been disconnected for 3 weeks now I have not been able to record my shows, No Box office and I love movies . Every time I call *** to enquire about what is happening I am being told that they are having system problems, they have high call volumes , they will refer my case to the Team leader who will get back to me is 48 hours which has not happened. I have just called again today 10/10/2019 my ref is ***-i338 this is my 5th call you are really not taking me serious. I am not happy with your service , Fix your HOUSE MULTICHOICE you are really messing up our lives. I need for this case to be dealt with a sense of emergency. I have been so patience and understanding, But know I am tired of your *********** staff and team leaders. Contact me ***
