PVR Decoder, multiple complaints to Multichoice
<p>We currently have a PVR Decoder, that has so many problems. Firstly the decoder rescans everytime we switch the tv on, no plugs have been pulled out from the power. Also it reboots sometimes when the tv is switched on. It also freezes, and we have to wait a while before we can change the channel. The 2nd tv on dual view always has no connection or signal, the only way for us to get proper signal is to reboot the 1st tv. We have taken the decoder to Multichoice Nelspruit where they have told us that there is nothing wrong with the decoder, but there is definitely something wrong because of the issues we are experiencing with this decoder.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance will be highly appreciated.</p>

There is nothing wrong with the installation as we have tested another decoder and it works fine. The problem is with the PVR decoder.
