PVR activation without my request
Dstv decided to charge me for PVR services that I didn't activate or even use. I never called or requested in any other way for them to be opened. Now I am charged for this. They always do that whenever I pay in advance. I am sick and tired of this. I think it's time I also moved over to Netflix. This is a ****** *******.

We had a 3 months PVR functions promotion. This is where we would reconnect the PVR functions and discount part of the charge for the PVR functions. We have disconnected the PVR functions and reconciled your account.
