PUTRID SERVICE!

Utterly disgusted with DSTV multichoice service.<br> <br> At my parents house, they've been having trouble with about 10 or more of their channels, like VUZU, NatGEO , AnimalPlanet etc. ,which only work on occasion(Once or twice a month), if at all. This problem has been going on for over a year now, and I've literally given up speaking to the multichoice call centre consultants who don't seem to grasp my problem and help me accordingly. <br> <br> I've even called a DSTV satellite installer as advised by the call centre consultants, to have a look at the signal strength etc. He advised that all is fine and I should contact multichoice to rectify the issue. I had to pay a call out fee of R280 to the technician. <br> <br> This is my last straw. I'm at wits end. My parents have been paying a subscription for over a year for something that doesn't work. <br> <br> My parents are not the only ones having trouble with multichoice, a few of our friends have a similar issue and have tried to persuade us to switch to alternate providers, who not only offer better service, but are much cheaper. Look at how much of money has been wasted paying for something that doesn't work. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
