Proof off payment
I paid dstv on 01-03-2016 using Internet banking they continuously cut off my services requiring me to sent a proof off payment and I keep doing that now they send me to the bank to get statement which I sent to more than 3 people still sitting here without my subscription that I paid for. 1st it was double debit orders now it's a problem with Internet payments. If I get an sums saying R398 paid to dstv and I send it to them and a full bank statement what more does dstv want???? Rather remove Internet payment as a paying option.
