Proof of payment for Dstv ***4

I've done all that was asked of me to do for my reconnection even sent proof of payment via email but I have not been reconnected since payment date 09/06/2020 I'm tired of calling agents who clear don't know what they are doing since I payed an amount of R156, 46 that was stated as the amount I owe since my payment was late reconnection fee included, the agents gave a amount of R152, 00 mean while I've payed already and he had no clue why there were two different amounts for one account ***4 payment was made through a Capitec account on 09/07/2020 at 16:29 notification number 478588 beneficiary Dstv EFTSEC amount R156, 46 this is not okay it is sickening
